Priority population is African American women, aged 18-65 plus years old, whom are low-to-moderate income.

Affordable Housing Program client's will be provided home buyers education and via completion of the program. They will have access for homeownership through privatively owned homes for purchase. 

Homeownership will be provided for low to moderate income families and individuals who meet program requirements.
