Phase l: Social Services Program
The Social Service Department will offer a comprehensive range of services to enrolled clients, with a focus on families from underrepresented communities aged 18 and older, from low-to-moderate income households. While services prioritize minority groups, all families in need are welcome to receive support.
First the application process: Intake, assessment, screening, eligibility, and priority listing.
Phase ll: Affordable Housing Program
The Affordable Housing Program will offer referrals for housing placement or agency-coordinated placements on a case-by-case basis, including options such as transitional housing, shelters, permanent supportive housing, Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV), regular market-rate units, or privately owned mixed-use housing units. Assistance will be available only to approved and selected clients.
Phase lll: Homeownership Program
Clients of the Affordable Housing Program will receive homebuyer education, and upon completing the program, they will gain access to homeownership opportunities through privately owned homes available for purchase.
Homeownership will be provided for low to moderate income families and individuals who meet program requirements.
